Which service do I need?

Can we start small and add more later?
Yes. That is how most projects run. Everything is built on the same foundations, so a portal, a system or an app can be added to what you already have without starting again.
Do you work with organisations our size?
We work with small businesses and with large organisations. Our largest platform is used by 500+ staff across nine NHS services. A small first stage gets the same engineering standards.
How do you price portals, apps and systems?
We do not publish prices for these, because scope sets the price. After a free consultation we send a fixed quote, split into stages, with a fixed price for each stage. Website packages do have published prices on our pricing page.
Will it work with the software we already use?
Usually. We connect to tools such as Xero, Stripe, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace through their APIs, and where a system has no API we agree a safe import and export with you.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The code is yours once paid for, your data sits in a database you control, and we document how it all fits together.
Where is our data hosted?
In UK data centres by default, encrypted in transit and at rest. Every supplier that touches your data is named in our data processing agreement. Our security page has the detail.
