Clinic websites patients can book from.
Patients see prices before they call, book online in two taps and fill in forms before they arrive. Health details stay safe under UK GDPR. From £450, fixed.
What patients need from a clinic website. Before they pick up the phone.
Patients compare two or three clinics on their phone, often in pain or worried, often late at night. The one that answers their questions first usually gets the booking.
Can I book, and when?
Real availability on the service page, not a contact form that promises a call back. Two taps to a confirmed appointment.
What will it cost?
Prices for each treatment, shown up front. Patients who know the cost before they arrive cancel less and complain less. Your team stops answering the same question on the phone.
Where are you, and can I park?
Address, map, parking, step-free access and nearest bus stop on every service page, because that is where patients are when they decide.
Can I trust you?
Who will treat me, what are they qualified in, and are they registered? Your CQC rating, your practitioners' registration numbers and your memberships, shown properly.
Booking in two taps.
Choose a time, confirm. Returning patients are remembered, new patients fill in a short form, and a reminder goes out the day before. Fewer phone calls for your front desk.

We built booking for the platform we run for nine NHS Stop Smoking Services. A clinic website gets the same care with patient data, at clinic scale. What booking costs.
Health data, handled properly. Not just a privacy page.
Anything a patient tells you about their health is special category data under UK GDPR. The website is where most clinics leak it, usually by email. Ours do not.
No clinical details in plain email
Forms store answers securely and email you a notification with a link, not the answers themselves. Inboxes get forwarded, shared and hacked.
Only the right people can see it
Staff sign in with two-step verification to read patient forms. Each person sees what their role needs, and every view is logged.
A data processing agreement
We act as your processor and sign a DPA that says what we do with the data, where it lives and how long we keep it.
Kept only as long as needed
Retention rules set with you, so old enquiries are deleted on schedule rather than piling up for years.
Consent where it is needed
Clear wording on each form about why you are asking and who will see it, with a separate tick for marketing.
No tracking cookies
Visits counted without cookies, so patients are not followed around the web after reading about their condition.
Your CQC rating and registrations, where patients look.
Registered providers in England must display their latest CQC rating on their website. We add the CQC's own widget to the home page and service pages, so it is always current.
Each practitioner gets a profile: photo, qualifications, what they treat, and their registration number linked to the public register. It takes a patient ten seconds to check, and it is often what tips them into booking.
- HCPC register: physiotherapists, podiatrists, dietitians
- GDC register: dentists and dental care professionals
- GMC register: doctors
- NMC register: nurses and midwives
- GOsC register: osteopaths
- GCC register: chiropractors
What online booking costs. Two ways to do it.
We ask you to show patients your prices, so here are ours. Both are fixed before you commit, and the free plan tells you which one fits.

Your booking system, on your site
A business website with the booking system you already pay for, such as Cliniko, Jane or Calendly, linked or embedded and styled to match. Their fees stay with them.
from £1,300
Booking built in
Your own diary on your own site: live availability, patient forms and staff logins with roles, with no booking subscription to pay.
Selling treatment packages or vouchers too? That is an online shop, from £950. Compare packages
When the diary is full, the paperwork is next.
Most clinics start with the website and a linked booking system. When the front desk still spends its day on forms, letters and rebooking calls, the same foundations take the next step.

How much does a clinic website cost?
A clinic website starts from £450 as a business website, with your booking system linked or embedded. If you want booking, patient forms and staff logins built in, the website and admin portal package starts from £1,300. The free plan gives you a fixed quote.
Can you work with the booking system we already use?
Usually, yes. Most clinic booking systems offer a booking page or widget we can embed and style, so patients book without leaving your site. If yours has an API, we can show live availability on each service page.
Is it safe to collect health information through a website?
It can be, if it is built for it. Health information is special category data under UK GDPR. Our forms send it over an encrypted connection to storage in the UK, never as a plain email, and only the people who need it can open it. We sign a data processing agreement with you as your processor.
Do we have to show our CQC rating?
If you are registered with the CQC in England and have been rated, yes. Providers must display their latest rating on their website, clearly, on the home page and wherever services are described. We add it using the CQC's own widget, so it updates when your rating does.
Will it work for a dental, physio or aesthetics clinic?
Yes. The structure is the same: services with prices, practitioners with their registration, booking, and the reassurance patients need before they commit. The details change by profession, and the free plan is shaped around yours.
Do we need a cookie banner?
Not for our analytics. We count visits without tracking cookies, so most clinic sites need no consent banner at all. If you add advertising pixels later, we will set up consent properly.
How long does a clinic website take?
Most take 1–2 weeks from go-ahead. Booking built into a portal takes longer, and your quote sets out the timeline week by week.
Five working days from now, you could have your website plan.
A sitemap, a homepage design and a fixed quote. Free, with no obligation.
